You'll combine deep technical expertise in tools like Workato and Glean with strong systems thinking to create reusable patterns that scale safely. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex cross-functional projects and mentor other automation engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build robust automations and integrations across business systems
• Lead complex cross-functional integration projects end-to-end
• Operationalize AI-powered workflows and agents in a governed way
• Establish and evolve standards for automation design and testing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in automation, integration, or data engineering
• Expertise with Workato as primary automation platform
• Hands-on experience with Glean or similar AI knowledge platforms
• Deep familiarity with core enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, BambooHR

• Workato Automation Pro certification
• Experience with ETL/ELT and scripting languages like Python
