💼 About This Role

You'll join a newly formed engineering team dedicated to ensuring Benchling's largest customers succeed in regulated environments. You'll design and build critical systems for regulatory submissions and audits, directly impacting features that appear in FDA submissions. This role offers the chance to leverage AI and LLMs to improve compliance workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive design and development of innovative products and systems
• Architect solutions for audit coverage, export systems, and compliance workflows
• Lead large initiatives spanning multiple quarters
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical features

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience as a technical lead on significant multi-quarter projects
• Strong experience building backend systems and APIs for cloud apps
• Ability to design scalable software architectures
