Description

You will support the development, implementation, and oversight of the operational control framework, including SOX, MAR, and SOC requirements. You'll document processes, assess controls, and advise on corrective actions while partnering with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in internal controls, operations, or consulting
• 1+ years experience supporting strategic improvements in process and controls
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Health insurance industry experience preferred
• SOX, MAR, or SOC1 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with business to document processes, risks, and controls
• Advise control owners on development and execution of operational controls
• Advise remediation owners on corrective action plans and monitor effectiveness
• Consult on development and implementation of scalable operational processes
