💼 About This Role
You'll drive new business within your territory, engaging small biotech and life sciences companies. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll build pipeline from the ground up and grow into a world-class enterprise seller.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across territory
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts (+/- 10%)
- Run discovery, build business case, and close agreements
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
📋 Requirements
- 1–3 years SDR or 1–2 years full-cycle sales experience
- Life science background (degree or experience)
- Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and manage sales cycle
- Strong communication and organizational skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience running product demos
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodology
