Description

You will play a critical role in revenue generation by influencing deal strategy, solution design, and customer confidence throughout the sales cycle. You'll partner with Account Executives to scope technical solutions, support strategic accounts, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally in hospitality or retail
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry; hands-on restaurant experience valued
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to scope and design technical solutions addressing customer requirements
  • Surface technical risks early to protect deal value and ensure smooth handover to implementation
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on retention and expansion
  • Support trade shows and industry events with technical setup and on-site troubleshooting
  • Own technical responses for RFPs and RFIs
