Description

You will proactively source candidates for GTM roles (SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal) using LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing tools. You'll build strong outbound pipelines, conduct research, and track sourcing metrics. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a recruiting role.

Requirements

• 2+ yrs of experience in GTM Sourcing
• Experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality, or support roles and enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
• 'Do what it takes' attitude
• Relentlessly resourceful
• Strong internal sense of urgency; bias towards doing things today rather than tomorrow
• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required
• Excited about the adventure of building a company

Responsibilities

• Proactively source exceptional candidates for GTM roles (SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal)
• Build and maintain strong outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing tools
• Research target companies and candidate profiles to identify high-quality talent
• Write and send personalized outreach messages; iterate on messaging based on response rates
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline metrics
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Conduct resume reviews and support early screening as needed
• Keep candidate data clean and up to date in the ATS
• Ensure a thoughtful and professional candidate experience
