💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct educational and social services to students, working with parents and educators to create supportive academic and social environments. You'll build leadership to help students succeed and develop positive behavioral interventions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Employ data-based decision-making for multidisciplinary collaboration
• Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions
• Monitor and report student progress and complete evaluations
• Some local travel to other Menta locations may be necessary

📋 Requirements

• Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate)
• Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate)
• MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
