🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end equity administration including grants, exercises, and terminations
• Maintain cap table and equity system (e.g., Carta) ensuring data integrity
• Partner with Payroll and Finance for equity reporting and tax withholding
• Support 409A valuations, audits, and ASC 718 financial reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of equity/stock administration experience
• Strong working knowledge of equity plans and cap tables
• Experience with Carta or similar equity management platforms
• Familiarity with ASC 718 accounting and 409A valuations

• CEP certification or progress toward it
• International equity experience
• Public company equity administration experience
