Description

As an Organized Play Market Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of 3rd party competitive ecosystems in APAC for Riot's portfolio of games. You'll build partnerships with tournament organizers and work with cross-functional teams to drive player participation and a cohesive competitive experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in competitive product management, organized play, or tournament management
• Deep experience with competitive game ecosystems in APAC
• Experience organizing in at least one competitive game scene in APAC
• Ability to translate global strategies into local plans across products
• Strong collaboration and win-win mindset

Responsibilities

• Understand local/regional strategy for each Riot product and support Organized Play initiatives
• Collaborate with Publishing and Esports teams for a cohesive competitive ecosystem
• Support development and execution of plans for high player participation
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors for day-to-day operations
• Build relationships with local stakeholders in the competitive ecosystem
