You'll provide 1:1 home health care to clients in Lancaster County, following designated care plans and performing assessments, medication administration, wound care, and treatments. You'll enjoy flexible schedules with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Perform home visits for medication, wound care, treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to manager
• Document observations and interventions using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
