Description
You will serve as the on-the-ground expert ensuring our short-term rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and review scores through inspections, restocking, light maintenance, and urgent issue resolution.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant hospitality or field service experience
- Comfortable with walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Frequent local travel and driving between properties
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-stay inspections to meet brand standards
- Restock consumables and inventory for FCS readiness
- Handle basic maintenance (e.g., lightbulbs, TV resets, small repairs)
- Support turnovers (bedmaking, resetting decor, tidying)
- Respond to urgent in-stay issues and guest needs
