You will drive end-to-end execution of marketing and creative initiatives across retail and digital channels, managing project intake, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient delivery. The role focuses on maintaining campaign timelines, optimizing team bandwidth, and improving workflows to support Alo's studio-to-street brand vision.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in 360 creative project management and content production across digital, print, video, retail
  • Deep expertise in Asana or comparable project management platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

Responsibilities

  • Maintain seasonal and brand campaign timelines across print, digital, retail, events, and experiential
  • Manage project intake, assignments, and tracking in Asana
  • Assess and optimize Creative team bandwidth, proactively prioritizing work
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Conduct final quality control to ensure accuracy before release
