You'll support daily shelter operations, managing reception, hospitality, and sanitation tasks. Your core impact is ensuring a clean, safe environment for participants. You'll work collaboratively with a diverse team in a trauma-informed setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check participants and visitors in and out of site
• Manage phone, mail, donations, and reception area
• Conduct wellness checks and record outcomes
• Perform site sanitation, meal service, and inventory audits

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Two years of social services experience preferred
• Experience with trauma-informed care and harm reduction
• Mediation skills for escalated behavior situations
