You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at a live entertainment venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer questions and direct guests to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms following guidelines.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption.
• Assist ADA patrons and enforce venue policies.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
