You'll work directly with strategic customers to adopt and scale a leading DevSecOps and AI-enabled platform, blending hands-on engineering with solution design. You'll translate real-world customer challenges into durable technical solutions and architectural patterns that scale beyond single engagements. This high-impact role lets you influence long-term platform evolution while navigating complex enterprise deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery to assess customer environments and constraints
• Design end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies for enterprise environments
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and reusable technical accelerators
• Translate recurring field challenges into reference architectures and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering or solutions architecture experience in enterprise settings
• Strong programming fundamentals with production systems (ideally Ruby on Rails or Go)
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, runners, pipelines, and API integrations
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
