You'll provide technical leadership for building and maintaining infrastructure that supports Academic and Health System Partnerships at Flatiron Health. You'll shape the roadmap for scaling our data pipelines and collaborate with oncologists, product leaders, and engineers across global offices. This role offers the opportunity to directly improve cancer care through technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership for roadmap and technology development
• Build and maintain infrastructure for structured and unstructured data sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges
• Establish operational and observability frameworks for data pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS
• Experience with ETL frameworks and data warehouse solutions
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership to a small team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in health data space or with Academic Medical Centers
• Background in machine learning, data engineering, or infrastructure
• 1-2 years of managing engineers or interest in management
