You'll architect the next generation of DigitalOcean's Identity platform, building high-availability auth services in Go. You'll support AI initiatives and evolve the policy engine for agentic workflows at hyperscale. This role offers a chance to solve complex distributed systems challenges at single-digit millisecond latency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design high-availability auth services in Go
• Build IAM foundations for AI/ML platforms
• Lead OIDC and SAML SSO integrations
• Evolve Policy Engine using Rego/OPA

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Go
• Deep knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2, SAML
• Experience with Kubernetes, MySQL, Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego
• Familiarity with Canary/Blue-Green deployments
