🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of key product features from concept to production
• Own projects end-to-end, guiding teams of 2-4 engineers
• Direct AI coding agents to generate and iterate production-quality software
• Review and shape code produced by AI agents across full stack

📋 Requirements

• Deep conviction that AI will reshape industries
• Evidence of high excellence in professional/academic domain
• Experience building modern agentic systems or complex ML products
• Track record of working on products generating £millions in ARR with high growth
