Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Okta's cloud Atlassian suites, handling UI configurations, automation, and integrations to optimize business processes and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of admin experience with Atlassian Cloud applications
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian REST APIs
• Experience with add-ons such as eazyBI, custom charts, and script runner

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain global configuration of Atlassian Cloud applications
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Atlassian tool issues
• Configure user provisioning, workflows, automation rules, custom fields, etc.
• Develop custom scripts to automate administration tasks
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide user training
