Description

Join our Customer Communication team to build and optimize an omni-channel communication platform that enables seamless loan application experiences. You'll work on data-intensive services handling email, SMS, WhatsApp, and automated calls, using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. Take end-to-end ownership of features from conception to operations, and contribute to integrating AI into our systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Professional experience with AI and LLM systems, ideally in customer communication
• Skilled in scaling services to handle traffic spikes, caching, and optimizing MySQL queries
• Extensive experience with AWS and containerized microservice infrastructures (Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Familiar with LGTM Grafana stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus)

Responsibilities

• Work in a data-intensive distributed environment with NodeJS and Typescript services on AWS Lambda and Kubernetes
• Ensure stable and reliable customer communication services with well-managed traffic
• Conceptualize and build new features, improve existing systems, and optimize performance and efficiency
• Proactively contribute ideas on increasing efficiency by integrating AI into systems
• Take end-to-end ownership of development and operations (you build it, you run it, you own it)
