🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to senior professionals
• Guide members through structured coaching conversations for self-awareness and growth
• Communicate with members between sessions to reinforce progress
• Contribute to the coaching community by sharing tools and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years of senior HR leadership experience at VP or C-suite level
• Strong background in leadership development, HR business partnering, or compensation
• Proven experience mentoring or coaching senior leaders
• Ability to commit 3–5 hours per week for 24+ months
