💼 About This Role

You'll own CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal desk workflows to build the operating system behind our GTM motion. You'll collaborate directly with leadership to make revenue data accurate and actionable. This role is deliberately broad—you'll define its shape as you scale the revenue engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own HubSpot data hygiene and pipeline structure
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for GTM leadership
• Support quote and contract preparation and approval workflows
• Operationalize sales process through documentation and templates

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Revenue Operations or similar GTM role in B2B tech
• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
• AI-native work style—default to AI tools daily
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Startup GTM experience in a lean environment
