You'll lead the full marketing function for a growing B2B SaaS organization in the insurance and fintech space. You'll drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and go-to-market strategy across multiple channels. π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead demand generation across inbound, outbound, ABM, and events.
- Oversee brand strategy across messaging, digital presence, and thought leadership.
- Manage marketing operations, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Direct creation of collateral, website strategy, and sales enablement materials.
π Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in enterprise software or regulated industries.
- Proven track record of leading strategic marketing and hands-on execution.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and GTM strategy.
- Operational and analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot and modern marketing tech platforms.
