🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow a team of Enterprise and Strategic CSMs
  • Own a portfolio of Fortune 100-500 customer accounts
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable, verified outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years managing large, high-value SaaS books of business
  • Proven experience leading Customer Success teams in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with Fortune 100/200/500 enterprise customers
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Product, Support

✨ Nice to Have

  • Revenue lifecycle management product experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, Jira
  • Ability to articulate product and financial value to executives
