🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a team of Enterprise and Strategic CSMs
- Own a portfolio of Fortune 100-500 customer accounts
- Ensure customers achieve measurable, verified outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years managing large, high-value SaaS books of business
- Proven experience leading Customer Success teams in B2B SaaS
- Experience with Fortune 100/200/500 enterprise customers
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Product, Support

- Revenue lifecycle management product experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, Jira
- Ability to articulate product and financial value to executives
