You'll join the Starship team to develop and qualify manufacturing processes for high-rate production of welded assemblies. You'll drive design for manufacturing improvements and implement automation to minimize cycle times while working closely with design engineering. This role offers the chance to directly impact humanity's future in space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and perform acceptance testing of manufacturing processes
• Design precision tooling to eliminate assembly errors
• Automate processes for repeatability on high-rate lines
• Work with design teams to improve manufacturability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• 1+ years of manufacturing and process design experience
• Ability to work in extreme environments and at heights
• ITAR compliance (US citizen or permanent resident)

• Master's degree in engineering
• Experience with weld processes and inspection techniques
• Proficiency in SQL or data management tools
