• Lead and coach a team of People Ops professionals across four countries.
• Drive growth of HRIS platform Workday as the ultimate source of truth.
• Manage end-to-end compensation administration including pay reviews and bonuses.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading People Operations teams in an international matrixed org.
• Hands-on experience across European countries with knowledge of labor laws.
• High proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally Workday or similar.
• Experience managing a shared services model using tools like JIRA.
