Description

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of scalable regulatory programs across multiple jurisdictions, translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to design systems that enable automated compliance solutions. You will drive high-impact strategic projects that accelerate Airbnb's growth while ensuring regulatory obligations are met with excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced regulatory environment
• Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate regulatory risks
• Experience designing and operationalizing regulatory workflows
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable and skilled at regularly interfacing with and influencing senior management
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
