Description

You will represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division at a large national firm. You'll draft legal documents, conduct research, attend court hearings, and collaborate with support staff to manage cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
