You'll join the Neutron team to build a new medium-lift reusable rocket. You'll receive engineering drawings and figure out how to build complex assemblies, creating custom tooling and solving technical challenges in real-time. This development role is ideal for those who want to engineer solutions before processes become standardized.

  • Interpret engineering drawings and determine build strategies
  • Construct large-scale structural components (drilling, riveting, precision work)
  • Fabricate custom tooling and fixtures using manual machining
  • Perform extended hours during critical build/test phases
  • Travel regularly to US facilities for integration and testing support
