Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with varying weather conditions
• Pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Records check (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents
• Work on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
• Adhere to safety requirements including use of protective equipment
• Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet business demands
