πΌ About This Role
You'll own and scale omni-channel retention and engagement strategies for Malbon, driving growth across North America and international markets. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, designing lifecycle flows and optimizing channel performance. This role is hybrid in Santa Monica, CA.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive omni-channel retention and engagement strategies for growth.
- Design and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, etc.).
- Build segmentation frameworks based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Lead email and SMS marketing strategy and execution across platforms.
- Analyze channel effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
π Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in digital or email marketing.
- Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer strategies and digital marketing.
- Experience with segmentation, automation, and lead generation strategies.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related preferred.
