💼 About This Role

You'll assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshoot API, SDK, and data issues. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex problems and improve the platform. This 6-month internship offers exposure to a fast-growing global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers with technical inquiries via email, chat, and calls
• Troubleshoot API, Web SDK, and Mobile SDK integration issues
• Write SQL queries to investigate data-related customer concerns
• Document issues and create technical documentation and FAQs

📋 Requirements

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of REST APIs and testing tools like Postman
• Python scripting for automation or data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Mobile SDKs (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native)
• Familiarity with Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
• Basic understanding of Git
