Description

You will manage a group of clinicians, provide clinical supervision, facilitate group treatment, and maintain a caseload while helping to develop and implement clinical schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health counselor in California
• Must provide supervision to associate-level therapists in California
• Work authorized in US with native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clinicians, including training and auditing services per best practices
• Assist Clinical Director in developing curriculum and clinical schedule
• Crisis management and on-call responsibilities during nights/weekends
• Maintain caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum)
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission and DHCS regulations; monitor treatment documentation
