Description

In this role, you'll launch and scale a new wholesale home equity investment origination program by aggressively prospecting and managing broker relationships. You'll be the primary driver of channel growth, onboarding partners and supporting them to close deals, while feeding market insights back to product and business leaders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in mortgage industry, preferably in wholesale or correspondent lending
  • Well-developed understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing, and sales
  • Exceptional account management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and unimpeachable integrity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build a new origination channel

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect, expand, and manage broker relationships for HEI originations
  • Lead outreach, qualification, and onboarding of new wholesale partnerships
  • Work with existing brokers to grow origination volume through education and support
  • Act as liaison between brokers and operations to communicate status updates
  • Share customer feedback and market color to inform product and policy roadmaps
