You'll coordinate the hiring funnel for a hyper-growth technology company, from candidate sourcing to new hire orientation. You'll enhance Relay's employer brand on LinkedIn and manage onsite interview logistics. This role offers exposure to recruiting operations and growth within People Services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update LinkedIn 'Life at Relay' presence
• Manage onsite interview scheduling at Raleigh HQ
• Partner with recruiters on creative sourcing strategies
• Assist with preboarding and Day 1 orientation

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in fast-paced corporate environment
• On-site in Raleigh HQ 5 days per week
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva for social media graphics
• Prior use of Notion for project organization
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search
