You'll lead QA strategy and execution for agentic AI and core e-commerce flows at Swap, the AI-native commerce platform. Your work will ensure reliable shipping of complex systems by building automation, CI/CD integration, and validation for agent workflows. This role offers the chance to define QA from scratch in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own QA strategy and execution for agentic AI and ecommerce flows
• Define and roll out QA processes from scratch
• Design test architecture across unit/integration/contract/E2E
• Build automation and CI/CD integration, reduce flakiness

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA for modern web products (APIs + UI)
• Strong coding and automation experience (Python/TypeScript)
• Proven track record of building QA processes from scratch
• CI/CD experience: test automation in pipelines, quality gates
