You'll be Ashby's first sales hire, building a scalable sales process from the ground up. You'll become a product expert and consultatively sell to prospects, helping transition from founder-led sales. This role offers a chance to shape the go-to-market strategy for a well-funded startup with elite investors and rapidly growing customer base.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead sales conversations and close deals with enterprise prospects
  • Develop repeatable sales processes and playbooks
  • Gather market feedback and bring insights back to product and engineering
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline and send timely follow-ups

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales, preferably selling to technical buyers
  • Ability to become a product expert and consultative sell
  • Analytical skills to model scenarios without analyst support
