Description

You will partner with capital markets teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, support data and technology initiatives, and drive transformation programs across trading, risk, and post-trade functions. You'll gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking
• Strong understanding of one or more asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX
• Good understanding of trade lifecycle and capital markets operations
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with requirement documentation and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Partner with front-office, middle-office, and operations teams across capital markets (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX)
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement walkthroughs
• Drive deep insights and analysis beyond the obvious to add business value
