💼 About This Role

You'll lead marketing and growth analytics for a rapidly scaling fintech that has rebuilt consumer finance products. Your insights will directly shape acquisition efficiency and fuel product innovation across multiple channels. This role offers high ownership and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns for trends and optimization.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and cohort studies.
• Build scalable data pipelines and transformations to improve data agility.
• Collaborate with product and credit teams to improve mid-to-deep funnel performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in data analytics, ideally in product-led or high-growth tech.
• Deep expertise in funnel optimization, segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
• High proficiency in SQL and strong command of Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with DBT and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in credit marketing (credit cards, loans, car finance).
• Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• Familiarity with Marketing Mix Models or incrementality testing frameworks.
