🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Foster strong communication and teamwork across operational, visual, and customer priorities
• Administer performance appraisals and conduct consistent touch-bases with direct reports
• Uphold stock-to-sales processes and manage product placement

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years Retail Management experience
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
• High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred)
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
