Description

You will deliver data and data products to support multi-channel marketing capabilities for clients. You'll analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize processes to ensure efficient delivery of services, while also managing campaigns, auditing deliverables, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• Understand client data and Acxiom's products for clean, enhanced, segmented data delivery
• Adhere to standard processes and procedures
• Escalate issues to maintain seamless process flow
• Maintain broad understanding of processing and product capabilities

Responsibilities

• Point-of-contact for clients with business solution definition through campaign management and business intelligence tools
• Execute complex campaigns including review of specifications, client validation, and dynamic execution
• Audit post-production changes to ensure service level agreement compliance
• Provide issue resolution for tool errors and data integrity issues
• Identify and recommend code changes or process efficiencies
