💼 About This Role

You'll oversee complex clinical trials across Argentina, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. You'll independently manage site start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities. This role offers mentoring junior staff and supporting audit readiness for a growing organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of site management for complex trials
• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Review and reconcile investigator site files with trial master file
• Mentor and train junior CRA staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a CRA in clinical research
• Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
• ICH-GCP compliance and local regulatory knowledge
• Independent monitoring experience with complex studies

• Experience in oncology or rare disease trials
• Greenlight or other CTMS proficiency
• Bilingual Spanish/English
