You'll drive Deel's growth by generating sales leads through inbound and outbound prospecting. You'll help build our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, collaborate with the wider sales team, and qualify leads by learning about their onboarding approach. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate sales leads through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Educate leads via phone calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
• Map and penetrate accounts with email sequences and cold-calls.
• Conduct follow-ups until meetings are set.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or outbound commercial role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
