You'll play a core role in shaping our product, designing data pipelines, fine-tuning architecture, and evaluation systems. You'll make tradeoffs between ambition and feasibility and run a tight loop between fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. This role offers radical ownership of projects and influence over architecture decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
• Experience integrating LLMs into production environments
• Experience implementing systems for data collection and cloud training
• Experience translating AI research into production systems
