You'll architect solutions and guide clients on best practices while fostering team growth and delivery excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver DevOps solutions for clients
• Coach and mentor 4-8 team members through 1:1s
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Drive team staffing, forecasting, and delivery accountability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering
• Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud providers like Azure
• Experience leading DevOps transformations in enterprise settings
• Ability to travel 4-6 times per year to client sites

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Datadog
