🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with design teams to identify components needing radiation qualification
  • Develop and manage radiation test campaign plans and objectives
  • Engage and manage external test laboratories for execution
  • Analyze test data, prepare reports, and recommend design mitigations

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in radiation testing or analysis of electronics
  • Working knowledge of TID, SEE, and Displacement Damage effects
  • Experience with mission environment tools like OMERE or SPENVIS
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-STD-883 or ESCC

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Experience with spaceborne systems or radiation-tolerant design
  • Hands-on with LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python for data analysis
