You'll lead a high-performing talent acquisition team at Inovalon, a healthcare technology company. You'll translate business priorities into hiring strategy and drive skills-based hiring practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruiting as a true advisory function.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners through coaching and performance management.
- Manage requisition assignments based on team capacity and expertise.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design search strategies for critical roles.
- Personally manage a limited number of high-impact full-cycle searches.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in technology or healthcare.
- 2+ years of formal team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to coach recruiters as Talent Advisors.
- Fluency with ATS, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based company.
- Experience working with data analytics and metrics.
- Experience with offer approval workflows and compensation guidelines.
