You'll lead a high-performing talent acquisition team at Inovalon, a healthcare technology company. You'll translate business priorities into hiring strategy and drive skills-based hiring practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruiting as a true advisory function.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners through coaching and performance management.
  • Manage requisition assignments based on team capacity and expertise.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design search strategies for critical roles.
  • Personally manage a limited number of high-impact full-cycle searches.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in technology or healthcare.
  • 2+ years of formal team leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to coach recruiters as Talent Advisors.
  • Fluency with ATS, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based company.
  • Experience working with data analytics and metrics.
  • Experience with offer approval workflows and compensation guidelines.
