🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial management, planning, forecasting, and accounting operations
• Advise executive leadership and board on financial strategy and insights
• Oversee annual budgeting, multi-year forecasts, and contingency planning
• Manage grant budgeting, compliance, and funder reporting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years nonprofit finance and accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Grant-funded environment experience including tracking and compliance
• FP&A and multi-year forecasting expertise

✨ Nice to Have

• Sage Intacct experience
• MBA or CPA certification
• International team collaboration experience
