💼 About This Role
You'll join Ideals' Field Sales team to drive new customer acquisition in Germany. You'll proactively prospect outbound opportunities and close deals with C-suite decision-makers in Finance and Banking. This role offers a hybrid work model and a bootstrapped SaaS with proven 4x revenue growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Munich region
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of strategic German accounts
- Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals
📋 Requirements
- At least 1 year of direct B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments
- Native-level German (C1+ professional English)
- Track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals

- SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security industry background
- Fluency in an additional language
