💼 About This Role

You'll join Ideals' Field Sales team to drive new customer acquisition in Germany. You'll proactively prospect outbound opportunities and close deals with C-suite decision-makers in Finance and Banking. This role offers a hybrid work model and a bootstrapped SaaS with proven 4x revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Munich region
  • Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of strategic German accounts
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals

📋 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of direct B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments
  • Native-level German (C1+ professional English)
  • Track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals

  • SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security industry background
  • Fluency in an additional language
