You'll manage lead conversion and account management for a growing recruiting agency, focusing on tech talent in Argentina. You'll work with global clients like Scale and X.com, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth. This role reports to the founder and has potential to grow into Head of Sales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage CRM for leads, communications, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing on active and passive lead funnels
- Adopt and improve sales playbooks and materials
- Build the foundations of the Sales area
๐ Requirements
- B2B account management experience, ideally in tech or recruiting
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Exceptional English (B2+ or C1)
